Kirsten J. Libby

Kirsten’s focus is on developing strong relationships with her clients and providing personal, comprehensive, creative advice and solutions in the areas of business, property and estate planning.

Kirsten previously served in the public sector in several states including the South Dakota Governor’s Office and Office of Finance and Management, the Arizona Supreme Court, the Minnesota Legislature and Department of Finance and Department of Health, as a Vice President of Government Relations for a nonprofit medical research facility, and as a clerk at the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

Kirsten’s vast education and experience bring a unique understanding of the law and her clients’ needs to her practice. She represents a wide range of individuals and business owners in contract and commercial transactions, business organization, estate planning, and residential and commercial real property matters with an emphasis on petroleum related issues.

Tony practices in the areas of business law, employment law, estate planning, probate, construction law, and civil litigation. Tony enjoys getting to know individuals and businesses in his community and providing them with quality, honest legal advice and representation.

In addition to his practice, Tony has been an adjunct instructor at Minnesota School of Business/Globe College where he has taught Business Law and other legal courses. Tony has also volunteered his legal services to indigent clients through Volunteer Lawyers Network.

CHRISTOPHER J. HEINZE

Chris approaches his practice with an appreciation of the speed at which business operates, counseling clients to ensure they meet their goals and strategic objectives, through accurate assessment of potential risks and liabilities, and evaluation of the likelihood and consequences of those risks as it concerns each client in their respective industry.

Chris represents a variety of businesses and individuals, practicing in the areas of real estate, business and corporate law, energy, and intellectual property, working to find solutions tailored specifically for his clients.

Chris previously practiced at a NLJ 250 law firm and served as in-house counsel for a regional title insurance underwriter. He has represented public and private entities doing business in the fields of energy, insurance, banking, and other related industries.

Gwen brings a wealth of administrative and executive support to the office from her years of experience in education, corporate and private business settings.
