Julian Loscalzo has spent nearly three decades working at the State Capitol representing the interests of government, businesses and non-profit organizations, focusing extensively on appropriations and infrastructure investments. He cut his teeth as a committee administrator with the Minnesota House of Representatives before moving on to represent the City of St. Paul. His work on behalf of St. Paul secured long-term funding for the its massive sewer separation project and while representing the transportation industry established the State’s local road and bridge bonding programs. He led the effort to establish an affordable housing state bonding program and secured funding for the St. Paul Saints ballpark. Julian works with a variety of non-profit organizations and has secured support for policy and funding initiatives in the areas of health and human services, taxes, workforce development, housing and capital investments.

He has extensive grassroots experience working with a number of community-based advocacy organizations such as Elliot Park Neighborhood and Lexington-Hamline Community Council. He continues to apply those skills assisting clients in establishing effective grassroots campaigns.

Julian has a Masters degree in Nonprofit and Public Administration from Metro State University and a BS in Sociology from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania. He also operates Ballpark Tours as a seasonal baseball travel enterprise.
