Words from our Clients
You hear lots of things about lawyers, so looking for a good one can be a bit scary. I was fortunate enough to meet Kirsten Libby and Tony Johnson from Libby Law Office through my BNI group, Metro Marketing Masters. Since then, it has been a pleasure to know who to turn to when I have the need for legal services or just advice. They've helped me prepare documentation to form a new LLC for my rental property and even helped me battle with my tenants when they burned the place down! No matter the need, Libby Law Office has some very down to earth and practical folks who are happy to give advice when you need it, and they have the wisdom to prepare important documents to help protect your assets!
Kirsten has served as legal counsel for my companies and has successfully handled all of my corporate and individual legal needs for more than 20 years. Her expertise and sage advice has allowed me to sleep well and enjoy my life. Each meeting and conversation is purposeful and organized and Kirsten makes the legal process easy to understand. She goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and valued. Furthermore, Kirsten’s firm provides sound, comprehensive, and exceptional legal services at rates that are fair and reasonable. You simply cannot find a better person and firm to help you with your varied legal needs.
Kirsten and her firm have served as legal counsel to the Minnesota Petroleum Marketer’s Association (“MPMA”) and its members since 1986. The firm has a wealth of knowledge and experience representing franchisors, suppliers, and dealers in all aspects of petroleum related matters, including but not limited to, zoning, supply and distribution contracts, leases, marketing, franchise agreements, trademarks, and litigation. I would highly recommend Kirsten and Libby Law Office, P.A. for your legal needs.
